What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update program capacity trackers to ensure balanced caseload distribution for field staff
- Assign patients to appropriate field staff based on program guidelines and current staffing capacity
- Review patient records for discharge readiness and document patient discharges as per process
- Extract and enter data into spreadsheets and presentation decks to support program reporting
- Create and update presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client-facing meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and organizational policies regarding patient information
