      Summary:
      About the Role

This hybrid/remote role plays an important part in helping ensure patients receive safe, effective medication throughout their cancer care journey. As a member of our pharmacy team, you'll work closely with Clinical Pharmacist Specialists to support both inpatient and outpatient care.

You'll help bridge the gap between patients, pharmacists, and care teams-making sure communication is clear, processes run smoothly, and patients get the support they need. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient safety, enhancing care quality, and allowing pharmacists to spend more time focused on direct patient care.

      What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support a wide range of clinical pharmacy initiatives and day-to-day activities, including:

Assisting with medication management to help ensure safe and appropriate use
Supporting key programs such as the Oral Chemotherapy Program and transitions of care
Coordinating and helping implement medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
Serving as a point of connection between patients and the clinical pharmacy team
Assisting with administrative and operational tasks that keep pharmacy services running efficiently
Helping reduce administrative workload for pharmacists so they can focus on patient care
Working across both inpatient and outpatient settings to support continuity of care

      What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by making a difference in patient care.
      Successful candidates often have:

A strong interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or patient support services
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both patients and clinical teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in both clinical and administrative tasks
A commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
