      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert-level knowledge and clinical sales support for Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring products
      - Develop and deliver educational forums to enhance the clinical acumen of regional teams
      - Conduct advanced clinical technology presentations and foster relationships with key accounts
      - Collaborate with account executives to manage key accounts and drive product adoption
      - Maintain a database of key account information and participate in special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN, RRT, CRNA, ANA, AA, CC Perfusionist) or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital environment
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 60-70% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines
      - Strong interpersonal skills to succeed in a matrixed sales structure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Field sales or clinical experience in an acute care setting
      - Experience with medical capital and consumable sales
      - Background in patient monitoring across various care settings (adult, pediatric, neonatal ICU)
      - Advanced clinical and technical presentation experience
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
