What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize the assessment library and manage classroom materials during B-AYR courses and academic residencies
- Assist with classroom instruction and skill-building activities
- Develop learning activities and assignments for B-AYR courses
- Collaborate with faculty on specific program projects during in-person components
- Maintain consistent quality service to students with the Instructional Services Support Specialist
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced doctoral student at Walden University enrolled in any graduate psychology program, preferably in the PhD Clinical Psychology program
- Prior work experience in mental health and experience with therapy and assessment, or completion of all B-AYR coursework
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.5 on all Walden University coursework
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Commitment of approximately 42-45 hours during in-person assignments

- Completion of field experience requirements
- Ability to facilitate small group sessions
- Strong critical reading skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in adopting new technology as needed
- Experience working in both asynchronous and synchronous environments
