      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day clinical research activities, ensuring efficient activation and start-up of clinical trial sites
      - Support the development of clinical trial documentation, including protocols and study reports
      - Perform monitoring and auditing of investigative sites and study files
      - Provide training and guidance to Principal Investigators and site staff on compliance and data collection
      - Ensure all critical documents related to clinical trials are organized and maintained in audit-ready condition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline
      - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical research role
      - Knowledge of IRB policies, ICH GCP guidelines, and FDA regulations
      - Strong computer skills, including experience with clinical research data systems
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a clinical research professional
      - Experience with on-site monitoring of clinical research trials
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
      - Ability to work independently and travel for work as needed
      - Background in orthopedic research or related medical fields
