      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations
      - Coordinate study setup activities, including identifying investigators and preparing regulatory submissions
      - Work on 2-3 protocols on average and support Project Managers with larger trials
      - Interact directly with clients, manage payments, and participate in proposal development and presentations
      - Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry for CRA II; 4+ years for Senior CRA
      - Experience in monitoring oncology studies
      - Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays, with a commitment of up to 50-60%
      - Fluency in English and local language of the country where the position is based (if applicable)
