      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage site monitoring and close-out of clinical trial investigator sites to ensure compliance with regulations and sponsor standards
      - Serve as the primary contact for assigned investigator sites, facilitating communication and addressing concerns
      - Conduct onsite and remote monitoring activities in accordance with study protocols and timelines
      - Collaborate with Site Care Partners to coach and train site personnel on protocol compliance and patient safeguarding
      - Identify and resolve site-related issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research site monitoring, preferably with 2 years in Oncology
      - Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a professional degree in a related field (nursing, pharmacy, etc.)
      - Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements (ICH/GCP, FDA)
      - Must be fluent in English and the native language of the country of work
      - Valid driver's license and passport required; ability to travel 60-80%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Vaccines, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Diseases
      - Previous experience in a clinical research organization with demonstrated success in site management
