What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring effective communication and support
- Align, train, and motivate site staff and principal investigators on clinical trial goals and protocols
- Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Customize site engagement strategies based on local insights and use tools to track progress and impact
- Mentor and train less experienced CRAs, contributing to their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring
- Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches, both onsite and offsite
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
- Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area indications and ability to apply scientific concepts in clinical trials
- Experience as a study coordinator
