      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing expertise on clinical trials and strengthening partnerships
      - Train and align site staff and principal investigators on clinical trial goals and protocols
      - Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
      - Customize site engagement strategies based on local insights and track progress using CRM tools
      - Mentor and train less experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) on various aspects of clinical trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring of investigational trials
      - Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches, both onsite and offsite
      - Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
      - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
      - Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area and ability to apply scientific concepts in clinical trials
      - Experience as a study coordinator
