      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of in-house and regional Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), providing guidance and oversight on study conduct
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for CRA escalations and issue resolution across assigned studies
      - Partner with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support all phases of a clinical study
      - Conduct monitoring visits to ensure adherence to monitoring plans, protocols, and regulations
      - Develop and assess Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain current knowledge of clinical regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in natural sciences or related field, or equivalent practical experience
      - Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 3 years in a CRA management or lead CRA capacity
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to learn other software tools quickly
      - Knowledge of US IDE, IND, and OUS regulations preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical device clinical research
      - Strong time management and critical thinking skills
      - Ability to develop strong relationships with investigative sites
      - Experience with protocol deviation and adverse event review
      - Familiarity with data management and analysis
