What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact between investigational sites and the sponsor
- Conduct site visits including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out
- Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations
- Monitor patient safety, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of adverse events
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including CTAs, LTMs, and CTMs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, or a qualified RN
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Experience in multiple therapeutic areas, ideally including Oncology and Hematology
- Proficiency in ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and clinical systems like CTMS and eTMF
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site monitoring visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Oncology therapeutic areas such as Prostate Cancer and Lung Cancer
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with a track record of high-quality data entry
