      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and maintain financial guidelines to ensure proper billing and compliance
      - Review clinical trial protocols and budgets to accurately capture financial activities
      - Negotiate budgets for medium-complexity studies and assist with contract execution
      - Collaborate with clinical teams to understand research protocols and related activities
      - Prepare budget and contract proposals for Quality Control review before negotiation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in financial or business administration (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar) or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three years of budget experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting
      - Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Adobe and Docusign
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in oncology clinical research
      - Knowledge of coding (CPT, HCPCS)
      - Ability to multitask and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience working independently and as part of a team
      - Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills
