What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sites participating in clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations
- Attend team meetings, train site staff, and monitor data at U.S. sites
- Maintain strong relationships with sites to ensure participant safety and data quality
- Handle study documentation and represent the employer in the broader research community
- Adapt to changing timelines and travel requirements, typically 50-60% of the time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field, or a registered nursing certification
- Minimum of 3 years of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience or 1 year as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Direct patient care or clinical research experience required
- Familiarity with clinical research and study development processes
- Valid Driver's License where applicable
