      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including IRB submissions and site activation
      - Manage data reporting, collection of source documents, and resolution of data queries
      - Prepare regulatory reports and maintain study participant binders
      - Ensure compliance with protocol requirements for sample collection and shipping
      - Coordinate clinical trials, including communication with sponsors and regulatory authorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 1 year of relevant experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
      - 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting preferred
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and external contacts
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a medical or scientific research setting
      - Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems
      - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
      - Experience in patient interaction and data collection in clinical trials
