What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol receipt, IRB submissions, and site activation
- Manage data reporting, collection of source documents, and adverse events reporting
- Ensure compliance with protocol requirements for sample collection and shipment
- Organize and prepare for internal and external auditing and study monitoring visits
- Coordinate communication with sponsors and regulatory authorities throughout the trial life cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience required
- 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse staff and external contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adherence to confidentiality guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical research environment
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in data management and regulatory compliance
