What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol receipt and site activation activities
- Manage data reporting, collection of source documents, and resolution of data queries
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain participant trial binders for study compliance
- Ensure proper collection and shipment of study samples per protocol requirements
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials throughout their life cycle, including communication with sponsors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of relevant experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and external contacts
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and maintaining confidentiality guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a medical or scientific research setting or a technology-oriented business environment
- Familiarity with clinical trials management systems
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Prior experience with patient interaction and data entry in clinical trials
