What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol receipt and IRB submissions
- Manage data reporting and collection of source documents, ensuring compliance with study protocols
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain participant trial binders
- Ensure proper collection and shipment of study-related samples in accordance with protocol requirements
- Coordinate clinical trials throughout their lifecycle, including communication with sponsors and regulatory bodies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator
- 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and external contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical research environment
- Familiarity with clinical trial management systems and regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Previous experience in patient interaction or support roles
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
