      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol receipt, IRB submissions, and site activation activities
      - Manage data reporting and collection of source documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the clinical trial process
      - Organize and prepare for internal and external audits and monitoring visits
      - Interact with study participants as directed and manage clinical trial documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator at the employer
      - 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or a comparable technology-oriented business environment
      - Excellent organization and communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adherence to confidentiality guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a medical or scientific research setting
      - Familiarity with clinical trial management systems
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
