      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the clinical trials start-up process including protocol receipt, IRB submissions, and site activation activities
      - Manage data collection and reporting, including source documents, case report forms, and adverse events
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain organized study participant and regulatory binders
      - Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits and study monitoring visits
      - Interact with study participants as required by the protocol and assist with tissue sample collection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience required
      - 0-1 years of experience working in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment preferred
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
      - Must have computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical research setting or related field
      - Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
      - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and IRB submissions
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
