What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform patient recruitment and coordinate day-to-day activities of research protocols
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and safety of research participants
- Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and regulatory research manager on study compliance
- Assess literature to identify relevant biomarkers and interface with various specialists
- Supervise medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical research activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a Biological or Health Science related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or laboratory research setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong data entry and data management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with library research skills and medical database searches
- Familiarity with internet research techniques
