      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the clinical trials start-up process, including protocol submissions and site activation activities
      - Manage data collection, reporting, and resolution of data queries throughout the trial life cycle
      - Ensure proper collection, preparation, and shipment of study-related samples per protocol requirements
      - Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits and study monitoring visits
      - Interact with study participants and assist in obtaining informed consent for non-treatment trials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience as a Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator
      - Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or similar technology-oriented business environment
      - Excellent organization and communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse staff and external contacts
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a clinical research or healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with clinical trial management systems
      - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
