What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with approved protocols
- Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform on-site and virtual monitoring activities to ensure site compliance
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide; valid driver's license required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail
