      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and implement clinical trial research studies alongside Principal Investigators and research team members
      - Collect study data and ensure compliance with regulatory and protocol guidelines
      - Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants meeting research criteria
      - Obtain informed consent from study participants and maintain contact throughout the study
      - Process, prepare, and ship laboratory specimens as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or certifications
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience for CRC 2 Non-Licensed; 3 years for CRC 3 Non-Licensed
      - Experience in a healthcare setting and/or knowledge of medical terminology preferred
      - Licensure in a clinical profession (for licensed positions) such as Nursing, Athletic Training, or Medical Technology
      - Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred at the time of hire
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
