What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and enter clinical and research data from electronic medical records into data capture systems for oncology clinical trials
- Track and document research subject appointments and ensure compliance with data entry requirements
- Obtain and abstract clinical information from various sources for research subjects
- Manage adverse event and concomitant medication data in accordance with regulations
- Participate in monitoring visits and maintain study-specific regulatory documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- 1-2 years of research-related experience preferred
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical trial management or data entry within a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in data management software and electronic data capture systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of federal regulations governing clinical research
- Ability to adapt to changing research protocols and conditions
