What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the recruitment and consent of parents and children for clinical research studies
- Responsible for data collection through study participant interviews and screenings
- Analyze data using memos, coding, and qualitative analytic software
- Assist in the preparation of materials for IRB approval and in drafting reports and professional research papers
- Provide age-appropriate care and services based on the developmental needs of patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 prior internship or paid experience in clinical research
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner and collaborate effectively with others
- General knowledge and understanding of good clinical practice (GCP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to provide age-appropriate care and services
