      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy aimed at maximizing robot utilization
      - Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and integration of the da Vinci® Surgical System
      - Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties
      - Assist in regional sales and marketing events to promote system awareness and procedure adoption
      - Drive the sales of instruments and accessories while expanding the user base through partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
      - Strong ambition and proven work ethic
      - Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary
      - Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in surgical device sales or related fields
      - Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgery technology
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with healthcare professionals
