What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to maximize robotic surgical system utilization
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and integration of the robotic surgical system into operating rooms
- Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery applications across various surgical specialties
- Support regional Sales and Marketing events to increase system awareness and procedure adoption
- Manage administrative tasks, including sales activities and expense report submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
