      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical training to Sales Representatives, Tech Teams, and medical staff on Merit products
      - Answer clinical questions and provide consultations to doctors and technicians
      - Establish and maintain relationships with lab staff, physicians, and customers
      - Conduct ongoing staff training and develop training curriculums to enhance skills
      - Support clinicians in the field with product usage and troubleshooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education and/or business experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of five years of hands-on medical experience
      - Clinical experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse or Certified Cardiovascular or Radiology Technician preferred
      - Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze feedback for training improvement
      - Strong organizational skills and proficiency with relevant software programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical product sales and sales training
      - A thorough understanding of training and development techniques
      - Good analytical skills to understand and address complex issues
      - Experience in developing training curriculum and programs
