What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver clinical education and hands-on training for physicians, nurses, and staff
- Ensure the integration of WATS3D within the patient care journey, from referral to post-procedure follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and staff to enhance client retention
- Manage territory growth plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and monitor adherence to collection and billing protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong clinical communication and training delivery skills
- Proven account management and relationship-building experience
- Solid understanding of reimbursement processes and workflow integration
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively within a territory-based structure
- High ownership and responsiveness with a focus on execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry
- Familiarity with gastroenterology practices and procedures
- Previous experience in a sales or customer support role
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data management
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
