      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Territory Managers to support territory growth through clinical education and customer engagement
      - Achieve revenue generation targets for assigned accounts on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
      - Drive product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers
      - Conduct in-services and presentations to healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses
      - Communicate regularly with territory team members to provide updates on competitive and customer situations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical field
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work priorities
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for extensive travel within the territory
      - Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record
      - Long-term desire to progress to a Territory Manager or sales representative role
      - Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments, such as Cath Labs and Electrophysiology Labs
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
