      This candidate must be located on the East Coast and within a reasonable commuting distance to a large airport. This role will travel within their assigned territory and is expected to be in the field at a minimum of 4 days per week.

      Objective

      This position is responsible for driving sales growth of Clinician's Choice products within a defined U.S. region (East). The role will contribute to the planning, execution, and management of a strategic sales plan focused on expanding penetration and revenue across assigned customers and segments. The position is based on the East Coast and requires 50%+ travel.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to execute strategic initiatives that accelerate penetration of Clinician's Choice products across U.S. dental practices.
      • Grow revenue from assigned customers by cross-selling additional products and services.
      • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new customer acquisition and growth opportunities.
      • Manage and advance a deal pipeline into tangible growth opportunities.
      • Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and other business units.
      • Travel an average of two weeks per month to meet customer and business needs.
      • Work closely with Brasseler and Henry Schen sales teams to grow business through these distribution channels


      Additional Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
      • Track sales and costs by analyzing and maintaining product line data.
      • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales activity.
      • Ensure promotional materials are available by coordinating with Marketing and managing inventory.
      • Participate in outbound campaigns (email, telesales, and events) to engage prospective customers.
      • Collaborate with the Marketing team on sales activities, trade shows, and events.


      Supervisory Responsibilities

      This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

      Education and/or Experience

      Bachelor's Degree.

      Prefer a minimum of 2 years of dental industry sales experience.

      Superior communication abilities - from a 1:1 with a doctor/owner, to large groups with a professional management team to the executive leadership team.

      Language Skills

      Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical pricing situations.

      Computer Skills

      Ability to use word processing, salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint applications.

      Ability to learn various software programs.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      Financial skills.

      Knowledge of dental group practice/enterprise customer selling cycles.

      Knowledge of sales process and sales cycle in a corporate selling environment.

      Ability to take initiative and plan.

      Highly self-motivated.

      Ability to function in a controlled environment under domestic and international regulations and handle extremely confidential data.

      Ability to work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications.

      Ability to work with minimal supervision.

      The posted range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 USD annually which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. Role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Bonus Plan.
