What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls related to clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
- Track and document service desk calls and manage incident tickets in a timely manner
- Provide 24/7 support and resolution for incidents and issues
- Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet for effective communication
- Lift equipment as needed and ensure readiness for equipment setup
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent technical education and work experience
- At least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience in healthcare systems and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated service-oriented approach in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Proficient typing and English language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong listening skills to effectively understand caller needs
