What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to provide quality case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
- Meet with existing and potential customers to understand their clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
- Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant) preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in the medical device industry
- Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer base

- Previous experience with vascular closure and clinical education/training

- Ability to influence a variety of clinician, nurse, and lab tech personality types
