What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users
- Support live procedures, ensuring optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting across assigned accounts
- Provide in-service support, including installations and software updates
- Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention
- Maintain accurate case logs, expenses, and administrative documentation in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong interest in medical devices and robotics
- Ability to travel 75% or greater as necessary
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
