What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer during surgeries and implants by providing necessary equipment, demonstrating expertise in implant techniques and troubleshooting
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on product usage and therapies through various training sessions and seminars
- Maintain knowledge of assigned products and proactively identify needs for new and existing accounts
- Provide sales support by completing necessary documentation and managing orders with customer service
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures to maintain high-quality work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
- Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
- Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales and healthcare professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company in a relevant clinical specialty
