      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage territory for existing customers, driving product usage and revenue growth
      - Train new and existing customers on TEG equipment and software, ensuring proper usage and understanding of results
      - Provide onsite support during customer onboarding and address technical, operational, and clinical concerns
      - Develop relationships with clinicians, including C-level decision-makers, to foster business growth
      - Maintain records of customer interactions and support market development initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinically related environment, preferably with complex medical devices
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to drive product adoption and develop customer relationships
      - Knowledge of hemostasis management and strong technical aptitude for training users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
      - Experience in critical care settings or with medical devices in a clinical environment
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and market data analysis
      - Involvement in professional societies or conferences related to the industry
