What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians focused on growth
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support
- Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership roles within behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in ABA therapy
- Previous experience in developing treatment plans
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in ABA therapy
