  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Handle patient, facility, and physician phone calls regarding ambulatory pumps and related products
  - Assess situations quickly and make accurate decisions in a calm manner
  - Document patient interactions meticulously to ensure quality care
  - Respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients and facilities
  - Collaborate with a team to improve business processes and patient outcomes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum completion of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  - At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with IV specialty training required
  - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence
  - Experience in home health care, specialty pharmacy administration, or oncology preferred
  - Strong communication and critical thinking skills to manage stressful situations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
  - Certification in PICC, OCN, or INCC preferred, but not required
  - Previous experience with ambulatory infusion pumps and Negative Pressure Wound Vac
  - Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle complex patient scenarios
  - A passion for patient care and commitment to improving healthcare processes
