      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via email using the help desk platform to deliver accurate solutions
      - Triage support tickets, escalate issues to appropriate teams, and ensure detailed information is provided
      - Assist in the creation, review, and prioritization of engineering tickets
      - Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings to effectively address customer questions
      - Advocate for customer experience improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
      - Experience in a clinical position within a healthcare environment (e.g., physical therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician)
      - Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting abilities
      - Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of learning quickly and independently
      - Exceptional written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a startup or B2B SaaS technology organization
      - Background in clinical development or medical billing operations
      - Proficiency in Excel
