- Oversee and facilitate onboarding using a structured Orientation Plan.
- Ensure timely and sequential completion of all onboarding and training requirements.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in workflows, documentation standards, and clinical policies.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify training needs.
- Monitor audit results and performance metrics to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to support remediation and performance improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and educational resources.
- Apply adult learning principles, including coaching and mentorship techniques.
- Maintain proficiency in chart preparation, quality assurance review, and related workflows.
- Utilize and support training on key systems (e.g., Salesforce, Well365, TASC).
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving training priorities.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- CRC certification required or must be obtained within 3 months.
- Strongly preferred: Clinical training experience within a healthcare setting, including onboarding and educating users on clinical systems, workflows, or documentation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize multiple technology platforms efficiently, with successful completion of a required technology competency assessment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.

The Clinical Training & Development Specialist I is responsible for coordinating and delivering onboarding and training for new Clinical Operations team members and other designated roles. This includes, but is not limited to, Clinical Consultants, Provider Network Representatives, and Field Coordinators.
This role utilizes a structured Orientation Plan, ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed in a timely and sequential manner. The Specialist maintains expertise in company workflows, documentation standards, and Quality Assurance (QA) expectations, while supporting the development and performance of clinical staff through training, coaching, and mentorship.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
