      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and maintain high-quality clinical training curricula for new customers and ongoing provider education
      - Lead live virtual and onsite training sessions for providers and care teams during customer launches
      - Execute train-the-trainer programs to empower clinical champions at enterprise accounts
      - Deliver refresher trainings and follow-up enablement sessions to reinforce best practices
      - Travel to customer sites to conduct onsite clinician training and onboarding sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in healthcare training, clinician education, or provider enablement roles
      - Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs for clinical audiences
      - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with physicians and care teams
      - Experience delivering both virtual and in-person trainings
      - Familiarity with EHR workflows (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) strongly preferred
