What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document Clinical Transformation Use Cases and break them down into data delivery workstream components
- Collaborate with the Data Product team to map components to existing or planned data products
- Work with the Program Manager to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables across projects
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation using established templates
- Participate in meetings to absorb verbal requirements and translate them into written specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN license required (minimum Associate's degree in Nursing)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory and acute care workflows
- 2+ years of proficient experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical data usage
- 3+ years of experience navigating and interpreting EMR systems
- 2+ years of proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Clinical Informatics
- Familiarity with Clinical Quality Reporting and related measures
- Experience working on clinical transformation or healthcare technology projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to document use cases and translate verbal requirements into written deliverables
