What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and agents during the settlement process
- Manage each file from start to finish, ensuring team members complete their workflows
- Obtain necessary information from clients and agents to clear the title
- Review closing documents for completeness and accuracy before and after closing
- Ensure all contract contingencies are met and files are balanced prior to funding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service background
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Qualia and Tableau
