      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      • Administer home closing process from Builder’s side as division’s point of contact for external parties including mortgage lenders, appraisers, realtors, homeowner’s associations, and title companies as needed.
      • Order, prepare, and track settlement packages for settlement agencies per the production schedule, including but not limited to closing documents, warranty registration, lender payoffs, terminate paperwork, lender documents, and homeowners’ keys.
      • Collaborate within department during contract and closing process including reviewing and processing paperwork, assessing for accuracy, and providing guidance as necessary
      • Own and manage backlog closing tracking software and files.
      • Manage internal, lot specific filing system for all sales contracts
      • Monitor Utility & Real Estate Tax transfers with prorated invoicing
      • Maintain HOA spreadsheets and distribute to settlement agencies and lenders
      • Close out lots after closing in enterprise system, then distribute closing documents
      • Follow-up on closing or settlement issues that may inhibit a smooth closing
      • Maintain and build strong relationships through communication with outside business partners
      • Assist with appraisals, processing contracts/addenda as needed

      REQUIREMENTS

      • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or related role required
      • Experience in Mortgage or Real Estate Settlements preferred
      • Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of tasks and multiple priorities while maintaining organization
      • Excellent people skills (communication and listening)
      • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and assist in decision making
      • Operate with a sense of urgency through a results-oriented approach
      • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
      • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required
      • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license

      HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $20/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.

      Education

      Required

      High School Diploma or Equivalent

      Experience

      Experience in an administrative, customer service, or related role
