      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet revenue generation targets for assigned accounts on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
      - Drive product utilization by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers
      - Conduct in-services and presentations to medical staff, including physicians and nurses
      - Communicate daily with territory team members and provide updates on competitive and clinical situations
      - Track sales and support activities as directed by the National Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical field
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Proficiency in PC-based office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Ability to travel regionally within the assigned geography, with a 50% travel expectancy

      - Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record in the medical field
      - Experience in a cath lab, nursing, or similar healthcare environment
      - Exceptional reading, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Keen self-awareness and ability to work in high-pressure environments
