What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Director of Data Cloud Engineering in planning, design, implementation, and support of Data Cloud deployments.
- Provide technical support for Data Cloud deployment primarily on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop complex solution designs, project plans, and architecture specifications that align with business requirements.
- Create migration roadmaps to transition services to the Enterprise tenant, including all Azure resources and PaaS services.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of eight years of diverse work experience in IT, including at least six years in systems analysis and application program development.
- Expert knowledge in cloud infrastructure, Azure Cloud solutions, and data services.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management.
- Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerShell, Shell scripting, or other scripting languages for implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
- Familiarity with building enterprise knowledge base systems.
- Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
