- Participate in steering committee meetings and senior executive meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in information systems project management, ideally in a banking environment or cloud implementations
- Ability to deliver on time, on scope, and on quality service
- Experience working in a matrix environment with little direct authority over project team members
- Experience mentoring and developing staff members
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a client-facing Project/Implementation Manager role
- IT technical and general leadership qualities
