What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
- Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
- Coach teams on Agile principles and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience leading Agile teams or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in similar roles
- 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools
- 5+ years of experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-based delivery models
- Strong communication and servant-leadership skills
- Proven ability to facilitate multiple teams and coordinate complex delivery dependencies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira
- Experience supporting cloud platform or DevOps product teams (AWS, GCP, Terraform, and/or GitHub)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing priorities and tracking performance metrics
