- Membership Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members.
- Promote the club's benefits and value proposition to potential members.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to execute membership acquisition campaigns.
- Attend networking events or community gatherings to recruit new members.
- Membership Retention:
- Create and manage a comprehensive retention plan to keep existing members engaged and satisfied.
- Monitor and analyze membership renewal rates and develop strategies to improve retention.
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize member appreciation events and initiatives.
- Member Engagement:
- Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the club experience for members.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among members.
- Coordinate special interest groups, clubs, or committees to encourage member participation.
- Collect feedback from members to make improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Database Management:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date membership database.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
- Generate reports and analyze membership data to inform decision-making.
- Communication:
- Regularly communicate with members through newsletters, emails, and social media.
- Share updates, news, and upcoming events to keep members informed.
- Act as a liaison between members and the club's leadership team.
- Financial Management:
- Set and manage membership fees, dues, and payment processes.
- Monitor the membership budget and ensure financial sustainability.
- Provide financial reports to club leadership as necessary.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to club memberships.
- Ensure that the club's membership policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
The Stonebreaker Inn, opening Spring 2024, is actively searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Membership Manager to oversee the membership program of our club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of club membership, from acquisition and retention to member engagement and satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall club experience and ensuring the growth of our membership base.
Stonebreaker Inn, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, well-appointed spa, and check in area for guests.
A 6,300sf Event Barn is located within walking distance to the Inn and currently hosts weddings and social gatherings throughout the year. The barn was originally built to serve Halfinger horses in 2007 and will be fully renovated to continue serving the community elevated meetings and event services.
The property is also host two unique cottages, Caretaker’s and Evangeline’s. Evangeline’s was designed and built by Evangeline Pratt and is now converted to a hospitality suite offering 2,250sf with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The Caretaker cabin is a 2,040sf package log cabin kit home built in the early 2000s.
