- The CME Manager will co-develop the CME Strategy with Ethical Marketing Team and Medical Affairs that will enable Abbott to meaningfully engage and educate Health Care Professionals in the advancement of their scientific knowledge on pediatric health risks and diseases and on the critical role of nutrition in improving patients’ lives.
- The CME Manager will collaborate with Medical Affairs in building and developing key KOLs and society partners integral in advancing the nutrition education and adoption of HCPs and in positioning Abbott Nutrition as the best partner in driving relevant and up-to-date medical nutrition education.
- The CME Manager will develop synergy opportunities within pediatric nutrition businesses to drive more cost-effective CME activities and expanded reach.
- At least 10 years in CME / events management
- Managerial experience in Ethical sales/marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Areas of Accountability – CME:
Conceptualize, plan and ensure timely execution of CMEs, in collaboration with Ethical Marketing Team and Ethical Sales team. Evaluate every CME executed and align learnings with cross functional teams.
Conceptualize, design and ensure timely distribution of CME materials and evaluate the effectiveness of materials via the salesforce and HCP feedback.
Identify and pilot new channels to deliver HCP educational engagements.
Ensure KOL training for all products, supporting clinical evidences and relevant science stories.
Strengthen relationship with different major medical societies and Key Opinion Leaders by spearheading, attending and coordinating Abbott participation in their CME activities, and by partnering in developing topics for the advancement of HCPs scientific knowledge in nutrition intervention.
Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment.
